Dirty stay.

this has been one of my worst stays ever in a hotel. Firstly, the rooms AC stops working in the middle of night thereafter even after complaint I had to face the same issue the other night. There were too many cockroaches in the washroom which is soo unhygienic. They even don't have a kitchen and the hotel orders it from their another kitchen located in some other location due to which you won't be able to enjoy a good meal in a hotel. The staff at night is also awful I asked for few extra plates and cutleries and he simply denied stating that they don't have extra plates or cutleries and have to adjust with the one's provided. After a while they provided me with few cheap plastic glasses and said these are the best one's in the hotel. We took the complementary breakfast which was even terrible wherein they had only 3-4 options which also didn't taste good. Overall a terrible experience for me and my family.

The stay was good But the only problem is parking They hotel claimed that they have 34 rooms But you can only park 4 cars in front of the reception and 4 cars in the basement You can park few more cars But you won't be able to move your car without the help of moving the other cars out of the hotel Rooms are well maintained Need more improvement in breakfast It's very average, and could've been much better Could give more options for breakfast like fruit salad or fruit juice But overall, the stay wasn't that bad The hotel is in a perfect location It's in the centre of the city So you'll find it easy to visit all the places

Property Is good. Near and clean. The reception staff is good. The location of my work is also good. Each check in and check out process. Only I find a small cockroaches.

The service was very good and prompt. The room was very neatly maintained. The behavior of the staff was also very cordial.

good Parking, nice stay. food available and is reasonable, value for money, clean rooms, near to all major spots

Hotel’s elevation, parking is fantastic. Room was okay except, wash room. Wash room doesn’t have hand shower. No shaving kit. Morning breakfast was terrible. No fruits, no egg, no dosa. Only Idly, Vada, Bread, Uthappam, Upma, Corn flakes / chocos and Tea / coffee. Breakfast is not worth, no value for money spent.
